As of United States law, I, the owner and creator, have the exclusive rights to the image. This means I have the exclusive right to make copies, sell or distribute copies, to prepare derivative works and to publicly display the work. This means clients cannot make copies and sell or distribute copies, and so on. If Clients wish for me not to post due to personal reasons or other, please contact me so that we can talk about not posting the art piece.

Usage Policy

Clients may not use, under any circumstances, use any part of the commissioned art for non-refundable tokens. Use of the artwork for non-refundable tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.Clients may not use, under any circumstances, any part of the commissioned art in Artificial Intelligence, a.k.a. A.I., generative images or learning. Use of the artwork in A.I. programs is strictly prohibited.Clients may post my art to any site, as long as you properly link to me in the original post. Do not remove any watermarks.Failure to follow the Usage Policy will result in a blacklist of the customer.

Commission Process

1. Ordering

The client may fill out a commission form I will post publicly or email to commission me.Please include in the email:

Name & Pronouns
All social medias, including email: this is a background check for any illegal activities or fascist views. I have the right to refuse money from anyone.
Type of Commission(s)

I take PayPal only.

2. Topic

You will email or send in the Topic of the art piece. You can attach images, word descriptions, mood boards, reference photo(s), reference sheet(s) and/or music playlist.For music playlist, please use Spotify.

3. Work In Process (WIPs)

The type of commission will affect how many works in process (WIPs) you will be send via email.

Icons = 1 WIP
Flat Drawings = 2 WIPs
Shaded Drawings = 3 WIPs
Reference Sheets = 4-6 WIPs

4. Sending Product

At the end of the WIPs and approval of the art piece, I will wait on the final payment. After the Final Payment, I will send the product via email.

Prices & Refund Policy

Prices

Prices are non-negotiable. They will not change unless I change them.The client must pay 100% upfront on orders 50 USD and under. Anything 60 USD and up will be a down payment of 50%.

Refund Policy

Depending on current work done, will be taken out then the rest will be returned. If the client want a refund before any work is started, there will be a full refund.If there has been work already done beforehand, then the amount will be taken out based off what is already done on the art piece; 50% of the work done, 50% refund, or 25% of the work done, 25% refund and so on.
